Applesauce

Ingredients

● 16-18 Apples● Desired spices: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, Ginger

1. Peel and core apples and cut them into chunks. Place in a large pot on the stove with 1" of water in the bottom of the pot. 

2. Cover and boil until soft.  

3. Use a masher tool or mixer to blend apples. Add desired spices and mix.

4. Freezes well in glass jars after they are cooled.
