Slaw:● 1 pound - Rainbow Slaw (can buy pre-packaged in produce section - any mix is fine)● 1 ½ cups - Almonds or Macadamia Nuts, Crushed● ¼ cup - Sesame Seeds● 1 cup - Green Onion, Chopped● 1 cup - Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Chopped● 4 - Mandarin Oranges, peeled and Chopped
Dressing:● ¼ cup - Olive Oil● 2 Tbsp - Coconut Aminos● 2 Tbsp - White Wine Vinegar● 1 Tbsp - Raw Honey (available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 1 tsp - Ground Ginger● Sea Salt● Black Pepper
1. Combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl, mix and set aside.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Drizzle over the slaw mixture. Toss well to coat.
3. Refrigerate before serving.
