● 1 Stalk or Bag of Fresh Brussel Sprouts, Washed and Halved● 4-5 Tbsp - Avocado Oil● ⅓ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on low/medium heat.
2. Add Brussel sprouts.
3. Cook for about 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Add more oil if it begins to stick to the pan.
4. Add balsamic vinegar and stir for 1 more minute.
5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
