Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

● 2 Bananas● 4 Organic Eggs (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 2 tsp - Pure Vanilla● 3 Tbsp - Melted Coconut Oil (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● OR Avocado Oil● ⅛ tsp - Sea Salt● ½ tsp - Baking Soda● ⅔ cup - Almond Flour● ¼ cup - Coconut Flour

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

2. Grease a griddle with coconut or avocado oil and heat to medium. 

3. Pour ½ cup of batter on griddle to form pancakes.

4. Cook for 4-5 min. on one side, then flip and cook for 1-2 min. more.
