Beef Stew


● 2 lbs. - Grass Fed Stew Meat, Cut into 1” Cubes● Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste● 2 cups - Organic Beef Broth● 1 - Clove Garlic, Minced● 5 - Carrots, Peeled and Sliced● 1 - Large Onion, Chopped● 3 - Stalks Celery, Sliced● 1 - Sweet Potato, Cubed● Beef Roast Seasoning

1. Cook the meat in a skillet on medium heat until the edges are browned.

2. Place meat in a slow cooker. Add salt and pepper, and stir to coat.

3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours (or HIGH for 4-5 hours).

4. Stir thoroughly before serving.
