● 1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 1 pound - Brussel Sprouts● ½ cup - Raisins● ½ cup - Pecans, crushed● Optional: Cooked Turkey Bacon, chopped finely● Balsamic Vinegar
1. In a skillet, melt coconut oil and saute sprouts until slightly browned and tender.
2. Cool the sprouts and mix in raisins, pecans, and bacon (if desired)
3. Top with Balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
