Ingredients
Marinade:● 2 - Chipotle Peppers● 3 - Cloves Garlic● ¼ cup - Raw Honey (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 1 Tbsp - Ground Mustard● 1 tsp - Chili Powder● 2 Tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar● ½ tsp - Sea Salt● ½ tsp - Fresh Ground Pepper Stew:● 2 - Chicken Breasts● 2 Tbsp - Coconut Oil (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 1 - Onion, Coarsely Diced● 1 - Turnip, Cut into ¾” Squares● 1 - Rutabaga, Cut into ¾” Squares● 1 cup - Butternut Squash, Cut into ¾” Squares● 3 cups - Organic Chicken Broth● 2 tsp - Chicken Rub Spice● 1 Tbsp - Dried Basil● ½ tsp - Ancho Chili Pepper Seasoning
1. Marinate the chicken breasts overnight.
2. The next day, place the coconut oil, onion, turnip, rutabaga, and squash in the slow cooker.
3. Cut the chicken and place it on top of the veggies (discard the marinade).
4. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover, and cook on LOW for 4-6 hrs.
