Chocolate Chili

Ingredients

● 2 Tbsp - Coconut Oil (Available at Lifepointe Chiropractic and Wellness Center)● 1 - Large Onion● 4 tsp - Minced Garlic● 2 lb - Grass Fed Ground Beef● 1 tsp - Dried Oregano● 1 ½ Tbsp - Chili Powder● 1 ½ Tbsp - Ground Cumin● 1 ½ Tbsp - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder● 1 tsp - Ground Allspice● 1 tsp - Sea Salt● 2 cups - Beef Broth● ¾ cup - Water

1. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat, then add coconut oil. When oil is melted, add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic.

2. Crumble the ground meat into the skillet and stir to combine. Continue to cook the meat mixture, stirring often until it is cooked through.

3. Add it to a large crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Set the crockpot on low for 2.5 hours.
